Every new business customer automatically qualifies for $1,000 of open credit on their first order with OX3. No application, no credit check, no waiting. Standard Net-14 terms apply from the date of invoice.
Need a larger credit line? Once you've completed your first order, email Sales@ox3.com with your typical monthly order volume and we'll set up appropriate terms.
Net-14 terms and purchase orders
We accept purchase orders by email or fax. Reference your PO number at checkout (or email it to Sales@ox3.com) and we'll match it on your invoice. Standard payment terms are Net-14 from invoice date.
Tax-exempt? Submit your certificate
To purchase tax-free, send your current state resale or exemption certificate to Sales@ox3.com with the subject "Tax-exempt certificate submission". Include:
- Company name and billing address on file
- State and certificate number
- The signed certificate PDF as an attachment
We'll verify and apply tax-exempt status to your account, typically within one business day. Any orders placed before verification will be processed tax-free once approved.
Ship on your UPS or FedEx account
Already have negotiated freight rates with UPS or FedEx? Provide your account number at checkout (or email it to Sales@ox3.com) and we'll ship at your contracted rate with no markup or handling fee. This is the most cost-effective option for most B2B customers.
Same-day shipping on in-stock items
Orders for in-stock items placed by 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day from our Devens, MA facility. Out-of-stock or made-to-order items ship per the lead time quoted on your order acknowledgement.
