Privacy policy
Effective date: January 2, 2026· Last updated: June 2, 2026
1. Who we are
OX3 Corporation ("OX3," "we," "us," or "our") is a non-durable wholesale distributor and provider of value-added services for the semiconductor industry, headquartered at 31 MacArthur Avenue, Devens, MA 01434-4443, USA. We operate the website ox3.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors and customers, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. It applies to information collected through the Site, our checkout, our customer support channels, and any other interactions where we link to this policy.
2. Information we collect
We collect information directly from you, automatically as you use the Site, and from third-party service providers we work with.
Directly from you. When you create an account, place an order, request a quote, submit a tax-exempt certificate, apply for a trade account, sign up for marketing emails, or contact us, you may provide: name, company, job title, business email and phone, billing and shipping addresses, payment card information (handled directly by Shopify and our payment processors — we do not store full card numbers on our servers), purchase order numbers, tax-exemption documents, freight account numbers (UPS, FedEx, etc.), and any other information you choose to include in correspondence.
Automatically. As you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, search terms, time spent on pages, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected through cookies, web beacons, server logs, and similar technologies (see Section 6).
From third parties. We may receive information from carriers (delivery confirmations), payment processors (transaction status), analytics providers, fraud-prevention services, and marketing platforms where you have consented to share data with us.
3. How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
● Process and fulfill orders, including invoicing, payment, shipping, returns, and customer support.
● Communicate with you about quotes, orders, shipments, returns, account updates, and security or compliance notices.
● Send marketing communications (newsletters, product announcements, special offers) where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us.
● Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, our products, and our services, including analytics and A/B testing.
● Prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other unlawful activity.
● Comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, and lawful requests from public authorities, including U.S. export-control, sanctions, and tax-reporting obligations.
● Enforce our Terms of Service and protect the rights, property, or safety of OX3, our customers, and others.
4. When we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
● Service providers acting on our behalf, such as Shopify (e-commerce platform and checkout), payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit-card networks), shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight forwarders), email and SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo), analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics 4), customer-support tools, fraud-prevention services, and IT infrastructure providers. These vendors are contractually limited to using your information only to perform services for us.
● Affiliates and successors. If OX3 enters into a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business or assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the surviving entity's obligation to honor this Privacy Policy or notify you of material changes.
● Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to comply with law, respond to subpoenas or court orders, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of OX3, our customers, or others.
● With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your prior consent.
5. International transfers
OX3 is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the U.S. or other jurisdictions. If you are accessing the Site from outside the U.S., you understand and consent that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those of your home country. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to safeguard such transfers.
